Breakfast Baked Egg

Everyone like hot food in breakfast so I got an idea which is fantastic hot breakfast for you ,so lets try it together .

Ingredients .

for 1 portion cooking time - 20minute

for sauce we need -

  • 200 g tomato puree

  • 40 g tomato catchup

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 30g white onion

  • 50g boiled spinach

  • 50g bell peppers (all 3 colour)

  • 1tsp chili flacks

  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • salt to taste

  • 2 Eggs

    Method of cooking -

  • First boil spinach and cut slice of onion and peppers.

  • Heat the pan , add olive oil, then add garlic cook it until light brown .

  • Add onion and pepper sauté until caramelised then add chopped spinach.

  • Add tomato sauce and ketchup inside mix well and add spices and salt as well.

  • Cook it for 5 minute then pre heat the iron vessel then add sauce inside .

  • Make small space with ladle for egg then (cover it ) optional .

  • Cook for 4-5 minute inside the oven in 190 degree .

  • garnish with coriander or peashooter is optional .

  • serve hot

Smash Avocado

with Scrambled egg and sour dough.

This is one of my favourite breakfast dish usually I make at home and my restaurant , its very quick breakfast .its good for those who workout in the morning .so let's checkout the recipe below.

For 1 Portion cooking time - 10-15 minute

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of sour dough

  • Avocado 1 pc

  • 1tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp chili flacks

  • salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp Roasted cashew nut

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp cooking cream

    cooking method -

  • Take one avocado and remove seed and peel then cut into small dice or you can you mash it .

  • Add lemon juice , chilly and salt then mix well.

  • Toast the sour dough bread slice.

  • For the scrambled egg , beat 3 eggs in bowl and add cream.

  • Add butter in pan then add egg batter inside & cook in slow flame.

  • Put the avocado mixture on top of the sour dough.

  • Then put scrambled egg top of avocado mixture and garnish with roasted cashew nuts and some micro herbs.
