Well if you talk about kulfi it is very popular in India ,I still remember when I came Delhi with my father in school summer holidays I alway noticed that bell rung by the kulfi seller and I buy every time whenever i heard that bell .

So that's why I bring this recipe for you all . well this is mango flavoured not the actual one which I used to have.

Ingredients

250g-fresh mango pulp

40g - Diced mango

500g - milk

100g-cream

70g-condensed milk

55g-whipping cream

130g-sugar

1pc-lemon wedge

FOR GARNISH (pistachio-2pc Almond -2pc) all sliced, mango -1 slice

cookies as per your choice ...

Method-

  • Take Alfonso mango pulp and blend very fine and add sugar inside .

  • Boil the pulp and reduce half and keep for cooling.

  • In the separate pan heat the milk bring it to boil and reduce half then keep it for cooling .

  • In separate pan add condensed milk , cream, and whipping cream inside and add all reduced milk and mango pulp inside . you can add some diced mango inside .

  • Mix all together, put the mixture in small glasses and keep in frozen for at least 4-5 hours.

Semolina & Peach Halwa

This dish inspired from Indian dessert Semolina halwa which is popular in India . so here I make it more interesting with adding some of my favourite fruits .
