Ingredients-

650g - Bread Flour

4tsp- Dry yeast

120g- sugar

300g - milk

80g-orange juice

1-Orange jest

2tsp-cinnamon powder

2tsp-All spice powder

1tsp- salt

180g-Rasins

150g-butter

1pc-egg

For the Polishing -

2tbsp-Apricot jam

1/4cup-water

Mix together for polish on bun

Lining paste -

50g- AP flour

10g-sugar

70g-water

method-

  • Add flour in dough mixer with dry yeast, sugar, other spices and salt .

  • Add orange jest ,butter and mix it all first.

  • Add milk and kneed the dough thoroughly.

  • Add resin inside and mix well

  • kneed the dough in slow speed around 10 minute

  • Takeout the dough and keep for proving .

  • Once dough Prove then cut the dough in 90-100g pieces

  • Make the balls and arrange in baking tray

  • Don't forget dusting baking tray before arranging the dough.

  • Keep for proving ,once it proved then make cross lining on the bun.

  • Preheat the oven and bake the bun in 175 degree for 20 minute ,fan-2.

  • Once it done polish with apricot jam .
