3 pcs-jalapeno

50g-cream cheese

50g- mix cheddar and jack cheese

20g- crispy bacon

1pc - Egg

50g- bread crumbs

30g - Flour

method-

  • Select medium size of jalapeños.

  • Cut half and divide into 2 parts and deseeded.

  • Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese together and bacon as well.

  • Stuff the mixture inside the jalapeños.

  • Dust with flour then egg wash make sure egg properly coated the poppers.

  • Crumbed the poppers nicely.

  • Deep-fry the poppers until golden brown.

  • Serve with your favourite sauce.
